Landon brings more than 20 years in concrete, including a decade at Arciero Brothers and a decade at Largo Concrete. At Largo, he advanced from project management to Arizona Division Manager and Director of Business Development. His experience covers towers to 44 stories, podiums, data centers, parking structures and the YouTube Theater foundation at SoFi.

Zac brings more than 25 years in development and construction across the US, Europe and Asia. At Intersection Development, he leads design and construction coordination from GMP through buyout and draws. His experience connects design intent with budgets, procurement and field decisions. He founded räkkhaus, is a partner in Atari Hotels and has led InveStellar since 2008.

Miguel Aranda Jr.

Vice President, Field Operations

Crew readiness. Pour execution. Quality in the field.

Miguel has placed and finished concrete since 2002, including 18 years as a Local 600 journeyman. His experience includes decorative concrete at Disneyland’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, cement mason work for McCarthy, and assistant superintendent on Largo’s Fuze Ballpark. He and Landon have worked together since 2005. At Method, he runs crews, pours and quality.

Adrianna Torres

Controller

Ten years in concrete construction accounting.

Adrianna brings 10 years of concrete construction accounting experience to Method. Her background also includes project administration and civil and aviation work at ViaSun. As Controller, she understands the financial detail behind construction and the importance of getting it right. She also spent eight years running her own e-commerce brand, bringing an entrepreneur’s perspective to the numbers.
